My Story Rugs© are hand-knotted, using the traditional Tibetan carpet technique. They are woven in Nepal and are child-labor free. I have worked with Lobsang Tenzing and his family for over thirty years. His parents were Tibetan refugees, who escaped the Chinese takeover of Tibet. They relocated to Kathmandu, where they established their ongoing, successful carpet business.
